Todd J. Smith - A leader in the health field, Todd J. Smith has spent his entire adult life helping people set and reach their personal fitness goals. Possessing an innate understanding of the human body and its behaviors. Todd is able to approach every client he trains or advises, serving the specific needs of that particular client. With a top-notch education and staggering experience already under his belt, he is helping his community look and feel great, one person at a time. Eric J. Messamore – Eric Messamore started lifting weights in high school to achieve more success in sports. Idolizing Bodybuilders gave Eric the aspiration to make fitness a huge part of his life. Eric graduated in 2006 with a degree from the NPTI (National Personal Training Institute) in Personal Training and Basic Nutrition. Eric has currently been training for Xtreme F.I.T. since 2008. With experience in one-on-one training, circuit training, plyometrics, and many other types of training, Eric is able to approach every client with unique workouts that is accustomed to their goals. Eric’s drive and passion to this field is to reach out to many people in the community and help them achieve their personal fitness goals.

John M. McCarthy - With over five years experience backed by a degree from NPTI (Nation Personal Training Institute), John McCarthy has achieved much in the personal training industry at a young age. Currently pursuing a Major in Dietetics, John understands the importance of a good diet when it comes to health and vitality.
Through his years of training and education, John is highly capable of focusing on his client's individual goals and aspirations. Through exercise and proper nutrition everyone has the ability to have a healthy and happy life. Because John believes this, he is able to practice it daily and influence whomever he comes in contact with.
